Phil has over a decade of senior experience within FTSE 250 and national organisations, specialising in operational structure and improvement across complex businesses.

Alongside running multiple SMEs himself, he now works with businesses of all sizes through Ordinis to introduce the clarity, structure, efficiency and accountability that are commonplace in larger successful organisations. This is delivered with the benefit of outsider impartiality and without the cost of hiring full-time senior staff.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We work on a monthly retainer basis. For our clients, we want a result that is consistent, with professional communication and dependable support that enhances client experience and keeps your business organised with no strings attached.

There is no obligation to continue our services. You pay for the month and can pay on an ad-hoc basis.

Can you work alongside my existing suppliers or team?

We're here to assist in any way possible, whether that means working directly on your needs, collaborating with existing support or supporting your in-house team members.

What does the process look like?

Get in touch and we’ll arrange an initial discovery call or visit your premises to understand your business, challenges and priorities.

If we’re the right fit and can genuinely add value, we’ll agree on the appropriate level of support and get you onboarded. From there, we get to work.
